We make our best effort to ship your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us via e-mail , customercare@funtoplayusa.com, within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us for instructions on how to return the item. Please do not refuse delivery as this may incur additional shipping fees as opposed to simply sending the item back to us for refund.
Should you be unhappy with anything you purchase from Fun To Play USA, you have fourteen days to return an item for a full refund. Fun To Play USA, LLC considers any item returned to us for any reason to be a return. This includes unclaimed packages that were shipped to buyer and returned. Fun To Play USA, LLC is not responsible for any shipper errors or errors made by the customer while completing checkout information at time of purchase.
We recommend that all returns be shipped back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, Soccer Wave, LLC will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. The amount of credit will be for the purchase price of the item(s) returned less the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. We recommend that you keep all of your shipping paperwork until your account is credited for the return. Note that we do not accept returns on customized products; with the exception of manufacturing defects.
All returns must have an Return Authoriztion Number or they will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. All returned products must be in their original condition. We must receive your item back within 14 days of the date when the item was originally received by the customer. Please allow us up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return to process a credit. Merchandise returned with missing items are not eligible for a refund. To arrange for a refund, contact our Customer Care Department at returns@funtoplayusa.com, state the reason for your return request, and ask for an RA number via e-mail. We will e-mail you a RA number and instructions on returning your package. If you return your purchase, please keep in mind: Any credit card refunds will be processed on the credit card used from the original purchase.
